All handicaps are based on previous game results with a temporary reduction of three
strokes applied to the members handicap for a win. This is reduced to a two and one stroke penalty on subsequent rounds. The member's full handicap will be
reinstated on their fourth round following a win. These guidelines assume the member does not win a society outing within the four month period. All penalties are
cumulative.
